Facing a sudden medical episode in 2015 that led to an anoxic brain injury, Allan's resilience and unwavering spirit shone through over 8 1/2 years of perseverance. Surrounded by the love of family, he embraced a new rhythm, finding solace in praise, worship, the Word of God, and the melodies of OU football.
From Humble Beginnings to Award-Winning Triumphs
Even in his non-verbal and immobile state, Allan communicated the depth of his spirit by mastering alternative instruments provided by devoted friends and family. As the final movement approached, he indicated with grace that it was time to transition, peacefully entering Life Eternal.
