In tribute to Allan's global impact on educators and his devotion to leading worship, his family proudly announces the Allan B. Johnson Scholars benefit concert event that will take place on his birthday, Friday, March 22, 2024.
Announcing Allan B. Johnson Scholars
In collaboration with Great Expectations (GE), our family is honored to establish the Allan B. Johnson Scholars. A distinguished group of teachers will be awarded stipends for the $500 GE tuition, an opportunity to further their professional development. Your contribution to this noble cause will be a meaningful way to pay tribute to Allan's enduring spirit.
About GE: Great Expectations® (GE) is a professional development program that provides teachers and administrators with the skills needed to create harmony and excitement within the school atmosphere, elements that are basic for inspiring students to pursue academic excellence. With a focus on the human quality of teaching and learning, GE provides renewal and inspiration for teachers who may have lost their way and forgotten why they became teachers in the beginning.
Donations
Donations for the 2024 concert are tax-deductible and will be directed to Great Expectations, a revered professional development organization for teachers. Allan, a former faculty member, cherished his association with GE even as he launched his own consulting practice.
